The Ozone Generator
The OZY-GEN was launched in 2018 and allows for the ultra-stable production of ozone via the principle of Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD). The use of an integrated ozone-metering cell and feedback loop, ensure ozone production is more stable than that achieved by traditional generators.

The OZY-GEN provides a convenient and selectable means of producing a known quantity of ozone and consequently yields a broad spectrum of applications ranging from atmospheric sciences to water treatment and food preservation.
Acceptable operating environment: Between 0 °C and 40 °C with relative humidity less than 85%
Electrical supply: 100 V to 240 V, 50/60 Hz
Supply gas: Pure oxygen (dew point < -30 °C; any ‘industrial grade’ or ‘medical grade’ cylinder will meet this specification)
Flow: Variable and selectable from 75 ml/min to 300 ml/min
Ozone output concentration: Variable and selectable to 20,000 ppmv
Ozone concentration stability: Better than 1% of set-point
Ozone production capacity: Up to 750 mg/hr
Power consumption: 24 W
