Cambustion Becomes an Employee Owned Company

Cambustion and its EV group CamMotive, is pleased to announce that we have become an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) as of 14 November.

This change means the company is now owned on behalf of the people who work here. For us, it’s a natural step that reflects the way Cambustion has always operated: with a strong focus on collaboration, shared expertise and long-term thinking. Moving to employee ownership helps protect the independence of the business and ensures that the culture we’ve built continues to thrive.

For employees, the EOT doesn’t alter day-to-day roles or responsibilities. What it does offer is a clearer stake in the company’s future and a structure that recognises the contribution everyone makes to our success.

For our customers and partners, it’s very much business as usual. You’ll continue to work with the same team, dedicated to delivering the same high standards of technical innovation, service and support. The EOT simply gives us an even stronger foundation for the future.
