スペアパーツ
Cambustion はスペアパーツなどを常備しています。これにより、緊急の場合はスペアパーツを当日·翌日に発送できます。航空貨物便の速達にてお送りします。
技術的なお問い合わせには24時間以内に返答（そして可能であれば解決）するようにしており。
Service Returns
適時な対応を可能にするため、事前のお問い合わせ·お互いの同意を得てから器具をお送りください。
発送する際には宅配送（“Door to door”）であることをご確認ください。ロンドンの空港までではなくCambustion本部までお願いします。
仕向地持込渡し(“Delivered at place” DAP) で商品をお送りください。これにより、イギリスにて不要な税金などを避けるためにCambustionに連絡が来ます。
発送に関する情報は以下をご覧ください。
国際発送の税関インボイスを準備するための情報が記載されている編集可能なMicrosoft Word のドキュメントをダウンロードしてください。税関のために、インボイスのコピーを郵送される箱の外側に付着ください。問い合わせのためにもう一枚のコピーの保持お勧めします。
スペアパーツ
たいていのスペアパーツはヨーロッパ·アメリカでしたら翌日配達、その他の地域でしたら二日後配達が可能です。クレジットカード·発注書でお支払いただけます。上の記載されているお問い合わせの番号にかけください。
